This cute puppy is really a cover for your keys. You put them on the key ring that is tied to a cord that runs through the puppy. When you pull the cord from the top it pulls your keys up out of sight inside and the cord becomes a wrist strap. When you want to use your keys you pull them back out from the bottom.
I have used one of these key cosies for years, it is always easy to find in a bag full of other stuff, and it protects that other stuff from being scratched up by the loose keys.
