This pattern includes a simple shawl-collar robe that can be lengthened or shortened as you see fit. Choose a fashion fabric and the robe can be sewn as a duster to wear during the day. The sleep shorts have an elasticised waist and curved shaping with an outer facing that can provide contrast if desired.
Suggested fabrics: Robe: french terry, cotton poplin. Sleep shorts: cotton poplin, linen. Both: Drapey fabrics like rayon or silk
The dyed yarn cotton fabrics on this site are good shirt weight woven fabric, hold their colour and body when machine washed and dried, don't shrink, and get more comfortable with time and wear...just thought I'd mention that :-)
