Olympus Takumi Series. This artisan fabric panel is printed with 9 Kimono designs. Manufactured by Olympus manufacturing in Japan, this high quality cotton fabric is both colourfast and machine washable. Olympus has taken care that it's colour and texture resemble early artisan wagara fabrics.
Each panel is 29.5" long X 44" wide. There are three coats across and four down, all different from each other. The off-white areas the coats are framed and measure 8 1/4" X 8 1/4". The horizontal blue flecked with off-white area between the coats is 1 1/2" wide and the side panel is 6" wide on each side.
Uses
Use this fabric for quilting, clothing, wall hangings, cushions and so on. And of course, it is suitable for use with sashiko and boro projects.
Care
Colourfast, no shrink, machine wash and dry on cool settings.
