This is a woven cotton fabric printed with a traditional shibori pattern called Kanoko because of it's distinctive small dotted pattern. Kanoko means "pattern of dappled white spots". It is suitable for home decor sewing projects and an excellent  fabric to add to your sashiko boro or visible mending project. It is a good accent to the indigo and navy blues, and a good weight for mending. You could also use it for quilting and some clothing patterns.
