These five traditional sashiko patterns are printed on Japanese Tsumugi cotton fabric with wash out ink. They are ready to stitch as soon as you open the package, and when your stitching in finished a short soak and rinse in warm water will wash the printed completely away.
This is a good beginner kit, or a relaxing small take-along stitching project with everything you need except scissors (for travelling I just use my nail clippers to cut threads, no need to carry scissors! :-)
