An easy summer take along Sashiko kit whether your travelling of sitting in the shade. This kit includes pre-printed design, backing fabric, 30 meters white Sashiko thread and needle. Makes 6 round 4 3/4" coasters (or use with other projects)
These ready to stitch (pre-printed) Sashiko designs make excellent washable, durable coasters, but they are also perfect to use for mending patches, or adding to runners and other sewing projects.
Kit includes:
- Printed fabric size 13.75in x 18.5in
- Finished size of each stitched area is 4.75in x 4.75in
- The fabric is a sturdy woven cloth
- Matching fabric in the same size in included for backing your stitching
- English instructions for how to stitch Sashiko and to assemble coasters
- Design is by Hitomi Fujita
- Choose colour when placing your order: Slate or Brick Red
There is an additional 2 X 16 1/2" printed strip you can use for making hanging loops if you are making potholders so a small bag for example.
